Delivery Schedule
Orders are fulfilled by our partner, HealthScoop, and processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement for ready-stock items. Once processed, orders will be shipped via a local logistics provider and delivered within 3–5 working days.
International orders are shipped via GDex or FedEx International Economy service. Orders containing HairMax devices require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
If a delivery is refused, HealthScoop and UITC reserve the right to deduct any return shipping fees and/or applicable customs and duties charges from the refundable amount.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are part of the import process and are not included in your order total.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs office regarding applicable import regulations, restrictions, and any required permits prior to placing an order.
Customs regulations vary by country and may result in delays, additional charges, or shipment refusal. HealthScoop and UITC shall not be liable for any delays, refusals, or seizures by customs. In the event that a shipment is rejected, returned, or confiscated by customs authorities, no refunds will be issued.
Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. We seek your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete at the time of order placement. This information may be used by the shipping carrier to contact you if there are any issues with the delivery.
HealthScoop and UITC shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or non-receipt of orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Return Policy
All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the event that a product is defective upon delivery or damaged during transit, a one-to-one exchange may be arranged. Customers must notify HealthScoop via phone (+65 9088 4071) or email within 2 days of receiving the order, together with clear proof of the defect or damage (e.g. photographs and videos), in accordance with the requirements set out under “Proof Requirements for Damaged or Defective Items” below.
Upon verification, HealthScoop will advise on the next steps for the exchange process.
Please retain the original packaging, as all items must be returned in their original packaging for exchange eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Items (Proof Requirement)
To ensure a smooth and fair assessment of any damage or defect claims, customers are required to provide clear photo and video evidence upon receiving the parcel.
The unboxing video must meet the following requirements:

The video must be recorded from the start, showing the parcel in its unopened condition

The airway bill/shipping label must be clearly visible on the parcel

The video must show all sides of the parcel (front and back)

The full unboxing process must be recorded without interruption

The condition of the product and packaging must be clearly shown

The serial number of the device must be shown in the photo/video
This documentation is necessary for verification purposes and to facilitate the claims process with our logistics partners. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for exchange.
Warranty
HairMax laser devices are covered by a 2-year local warranty (Singapore) against defects in materials or workmanship. Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling are not covered under warranty and may be subject to repair charges.
This warranty is applicable only to customers who have successfully registered their product.

International warranty coverage is generally aligned to a 2-year period, subject to the legal and regulatory requirements of the respective country. International warranty support is handled on a case-by-case basis due to differences in SKU assortments across markets.
